the room had a double bed and a single bed which worked well. a working space was also available making it suitable for getting some work done. the wifi worked great during my entire stay. i found accessibility very easy from the bgc area, about one minute.
the traffic made the location difficult to reach at times especially when coming from the airport it created some delays though it didn't significantly affect my overall experience at the hotel

the hotel includes a gym and a pool on the 3rd floor offering recreational options . i did not use these facilities but i did notice they were there and well maintained offering opportunities to relax.

the room had a netflix enabled smart tv it was huge which was a great addition for entertainment. free toiletries were provided and were topped up along with water daily so i always had what i needed.

staff and security guards were friendly and helpful making transactions at the counter quick and efficient. i found their assistance useful for navigating the hotel and its surroundings . it contributed to a smooth experience.

the elevators were a constant problem. i waited excessive amounts of time. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. the food portions were often small, requiring me to ask for more. this.

the hotel is in a great location near bgc. i could easily walk to sm aura and market market. the staff were very friendly and room service made the room perfect every day.
the elevators were often busy. i sometimes waited a long time to get one that serviced my floor.

the rooms are spotlessly clean. the addition of a microwave is a great touch! it was nice to have our bottled water refreshed every day and nice to have a microwave in the room.

The room had a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a kettle. The included bath soap had a pleasant smell and did not dry the skin. (That's a big plus for me.)
